Tank vs. Tankless Water Heaters

We all have that huge tank inside our garage, closet, or utility room. It can take up a lot of space. What if there was a way for you to still have hot water, but with out the "huge tank" taking up all of your space? TANKLESS!!

There are a lot of benefits to having a tankless water heater versus a tank water heater.

01

Energy Efficiency

Unlike a tank water heater, a tankless water heater only heats up water when it is needed, compared to a tank water heater, which heats water up constantly.

02

Lower Maintenance

Tank type water heaters usually require regular maintenance at least every six months, while tankless water heaters can last up to two years before maintenance needs to be performed annually

03

Lower Utility Bill

According to ENERGY STAR, the average household can save hundreds of dollars every year by converting to a tankless water heater.

04

Limitless Hot Water

A typical tank water heater  can only hold a certain amount of hot water before it re-fills and re-heats, which takes time. Tankless water heaters will never run out of hot water. That means no more cold showers!

05

Space Conservation

The average tank water heater holds 40-50 gallons of water heater and is usually around 60 inches high by about 24 inches wide. The standard size for a tankless water heater, however, is about 28 inches tall about about 10 inches wide, saving you a lot of space!
